Made to order

DDNA store items were made after an order was placed. The details selected at checkout, including item, size, color, and shipping address, remain part of that order.

Shipping and delays

Shipping charges and available delivery estimates were shown before payment. Delivery estimates can change during production or transit. Contact us if your order is delayed or tracking suggests a delivery problem.

If we cannot ship within a stated shipment time, or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated, we will notify you and seek your consent to a delay. You may cancel for a prompt refund where required by law. If we cannot obtain required consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost orders

Report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. Report a lost package within 30 days of its expected delivery date. Email us from, or include, the email used at checkout and describe the issue. For an item or packaging issue, include clear photos so we can review it.

After reviewing an eligible claim, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. An item in a size or color different from what you ordered counts as an incorrect item.

Size, color, and change-of-mind returns

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges when you selected the wrong size or color or changed your mind, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We may be able to stop an order before production starts; cancellation may no longer be possible once production begins. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights that apply to shipping delays or under applicable law.
