Terms for using the Defense DNA website and DDNA platform.
Using DDNA
These terms apply to your use of the Defense DNA website and DDNA platform. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with any separate agreement between your organization and Defense DNA. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Your organization controls who may access its DDNA workspace and projects. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, connect an external account, or share project information with DDNA and other authorized project members.
Your content and connected services
You and your organization retain your rights in content submitted to DDNA. You authorize Defense DNA and its service providers to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use and support the service. Connecting Google Drive or another service also requires your authorization through that provider. You can disconnect a provider in DDNA and may revoke access with the provider. Previously imported content may remain in the DDNA project until it is removed under the project's controls.
Engineering and AI-assisted results
DDNA can help organize sources, generate analysis, and surface evidence. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making engineering, safety, compliance, procurement, and release decisions. An output or citation is not a certification, approval, or substitute for required professional review.
Service conduct
Do not use DDNA to violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or submit malicious material. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, data, or the service, subject to any applicable customer agreement.
Earlier website purchases
For orders previously placed through the DDNA store, the checkout terms and our Store Policy explain shipping, cancellations, and eligible return and refund requests. Contact DDNA through the support page about an order or delivery problem. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability and changes
We may update the website, platform, and these terms. We will post the current terms here and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Service commitments, warranties, liability limits, and data handling obligations in a separate customer agreement remain governed by that agreement.
